Sanest Khanh Hoa products are harvested from a system of modern and hygienic swiftlet houses, ensuring food safety and quality.

Sanest Khanh Hoa products are widely distributed nationwide through a network of authorized stores, supermarkets, reputable agents, and e-commerce channels.

Competitors often launch aggressive marketing campaigns with attractive promotions, making it difficult for Sanest Khanh Hoa to attract and retain customers.

Compared to other nutritional products, Sanest Khanh Hoa bird’s nest products are still relatively expensive, limiting their accessibility to a wider consumer base.

Sanest Khanh Hoa’s challenge was to increase reach to target customers and conversion rates for their products.

Idea

Perform developed a comprehensive media plan to reach target customers across social media platforms. The plan aimed to increase reach and conversion rates among the right target audience.

Result

In just one month (June-July 2023), the campaign achieved the following results:

Facebook Reach: This format reached 299,646 users and showed ads to 295,222 Facebook users throughout the campaign, exceeding the planned KPI by 105.44%.

Facebook Engagement: This format reached 439,369 users with 896,765 ad impressions to target customers. It generated 24,178 post interactions.

Facebook Video: This format had 61,330 views, with ads displayed 94,063 times, reaching 89,973 target customers.

Google Dynamic Ads: This format displayed ads 1,017,874 times, reaching 429,104 users, and attracting 12,488 clicks from interested customers to the shopping website.

Facebook CPAS: This format reached 284,163 potential customers and displayed ads 544,997 times. It generated 8,811 website clicks.

Google SEM: This channel met customer needs when searching for products. It displayed ads 132,593 times to searchers, attracted 8,036 ad clicks that converted to website visits, and achieved a CTR of 6.06% (high compared to the industry and other months).

Google Shopping: This channel met the high demand for product searches. It displayed ads 1,232,464 times to searchers, attracted 12,094 ad clicks that converted to website visits, and achieved a CTR of 0.98%.

Google GDN: This channel appeared 4,840,828 times to potential customers, attracted 12,253 ad clicks, and achieved a CTR of 0.25%.

Google Discovery: This channel displayed ads to 420,376 potential customers and attracted 10,950 ad clicks.

These impressive results in just one month helped Sanest Khanh Hoa reach the right target audience and achieve quick conversions and sales

Conclusion
